This “Flame” Design Vintage Rhinestone Brooch is tastefully executed on a gold toned base metal and has rows of clear Austrian crystals decorating the floral or flame sprays that emphasize the simulated pearl at its center. The pearl measures 1’’ Diameter and really emphasizes the beautiful quality of this dynamic brooch. The brooch measures 2 1/2" Length by 2" Width. The brooch carries the initials “B.S.K.”
COMMENT: Such a brooch as this one gives that business jacket just the amount of splash necessary to awaken ones presence at the board meeting.
CONDITION: It is in great condition! The attachment to the pin is a little loose but is not serious. This is a result of manufacture.
It is normal for such vintage jewelry to show some minor surface wear to the metal backing. In the trade such condition is known as "patina." Afterall, this is not "new" jewelry and it has been worn on many occasions over the years. A certain amount of wear is acceptable and should be expected.

“B.S.K.” was a New York jewelry company that was in business from 1948-1983. The “B” stood for Benny Steinberg, the “S” stood for Hy Slovitt, and the “K” stood for Mr. Kaslo.
