This Semi Precious Vintage Sterling Silver & Gold Lemay/Vermeil Pearl Brooch has 9 cultured pearls which measure approximately 2mm. each. This intricate yet simple designed Pearl Brooch has a gold wash over the sterling base which is commonly referred to as gold lemay/vermeil. The brooch dates approximately 1950.
COMMENT: This Dainty Pearl Brooch Is Elegant And May Compliment The Classy Understated Woman.
CONDITION: Very fine! No real visible wear to the gold vermeil! Gold lemay or vermeil does dull over the years and this is acceptable for pieces of sterling silver jewelry with vermeil.
