These sets have a very attractive shell shape under plate or tray. The fine bone china has a very soft hue of pink. Beautiful butterflies of blue, yellow and black search the nectar of the apple blossom tree in spring. These are exquisitely hand painted on a fine bone china.
The cartouche mark of “Tuscan” is a trade mark for the above company. This factory worked out of the Tuscan Works, Longton, Staffordshire Potteries, England. It began in 1898 and went out of business in 1960’s.
