VINTAGE TRI COLOR TRIANGULAR RHINESTONE BROOCH

This Red Carpet Affair Vintage Rhinestone Brooch is Exquisitely Executed on A Silver Tone Heavy Base Metal With Open Back As To Accentuate The Brilliance Of It As Light Permeates.

It is triangular in shape and is double decked. The crystals or stones are both marquise and round cut. All stones are prong set. The marquise cut stones are all sapphire blue color; the round cut stones are a deep rich emerald green color. The smaller green round cut stones are peridot color. The brooch has a measurement of 2 3/4” by 2 3/4".

There are some very faint letters located near the clasp that are not distinguishable as a signature. As for an educated guess, it may be possibly Trifari or Sherman? The brooch is somewhat unusual in that the marquise cut sapphire stones are not pointed at the ends; rather they are squared off at the apexes.
