DRESDEN STYLE VINTAGE GERMAN PORCELAIN FIGURINE

Because of the quality and density of porcelain and quality of hand painting, we suspect this Group Figurine to be German origin and dates approximately 1930-1940. This group figurine measures 7 1/2" High and has a Base Width of 3 1/2" . It is exquisitely hand painted in multi color in the Dresden style.

This Charmingly Attractive Porcelain Group Figurine is exquisitely hand painted in vivid bright enamel colors reminiscent of The Dresden Works.

This Group Figurine of Courting Lovers represents French nobility with its air of aristocratic distinction!

Their faces are painted with extreme care  as to exhibit the love and admiration for each another. She holds a rose in her right hand and a fan in her left hand. Her dress at the bottom has a band of petite pink roses delicately hand painted. His pants has painted green stripes alternating with blue dots. The whole figurine sets on a scrolled rococo base outlined with lavish gold gilding.

CONDITION: Excellent! There are no damages or repairs.
