AMERICAN ANTIQUE OPALINE BLUE GLASS BRIDAL BOWL

This Gorgeous Late Victorian Antique Blown And Ruffled Blue Opaline Glass Bowl is probably of American manufacture, however could be of English origin as well and was made approximately 1890-1900. It measures 11 1/2" Diameter. It has a gracious ruffled edge with an exquisite hand painted floral motif internally. The color of the flowers are green and red. The glass on the outside is white opaline. Originally these bowls were placed into a silver plated stand and were called “Bridal Baskets”.
