This 'Loud & Proud' Vintage Costume Necklace & Earrings Set is executed on a gold tone base metal which is actually 24Kt. Gold plated. The necklace has a design of eleven square panels with dark blue enameled interiors. The exterior border of each panel has very fine bead work. Each panel is chain linked for comfort and flexibility. The Necklace measures 17" Length. The Earrings measure 1 1/4"L by 1 1/4" Width. The set dates approximately 1960.
