ART DECO VINTAGE RHINESTONE DRESS CLIP DUETTE BROOCH

This Vintage Rhinestone Duette Brooch consists of clear rhinestones. It has two kinds of settings, namely pave and chanel. This piece measures 2 1/2” Length (left to right) by 1” Wide (top to bottom). It dates circa 1935-45.

COMMENT: This Sweet Little Jewel Is Definitely An Accent Piece For Evening Wear. It Accommodates As A Dress Or Sweater Clip As Well As A Brooch- All In One Which Is Commonly Referred To As A “Duette”.

CONDITION: The clasps or clips are very strong. There are two discolored stones at the bottom which may have been replaced or have changed color over the years. As we know, clear rhinestones do have a tendency to change color over the years. If you look closely at the photo you will notice this. However it in actuality is barely noticeable. Therefore the piece is priced accordingly.
