This Pair of Vintage Sterling Silver Hurricane Candle Holders is stamped STERLING DUNCAN. They are of American manufacture and were possibly made around 1960. Each base has a gadroon edge and has pierced open work at the top. Each bottom is topped off with an elegant blown glass shade that has an engraved or etched grape design. Each hurricane candle holder measures 9 1/8” High with the shade, without the shade each sterling silver base measures 3 1/4" High.
